Carson, Calif. (April 18, 2005) — NACA
Logistics (USA) Inc., which represents OTS Logistics Group in the United
States, announced a series of moves and re-assignments of responsibilities
in the company, which have left a new management structure for the Western
region.
Current Regional Vice President for the Western Region for NACA Logistics
(USA) Inc., Vince Argenzio, will take on a newly created corporate
position in the South Pacific with Vanguard Logistics, a member of the OTS
Logistics Group. The new position, General Manager of Corporate
Development, will be centered in Melbourne, Australia to bring a larger
corporate tie to the region.
This change brings a strategically modified management paradigm to the
region in keeping with the plan for growth in which Michael Sinclair
detailed.
"Vince will be missed on the West Coast, fortunately we have depth in our
management and are confident changes announced today will ensure the
western regions ongoing growth and prosperity."
Jim McGrath, previously the Regional CFS Director for NACA Logistics (USA)
Inc., will undertake the responsibility for the Los Angeles and San
Francisco operations while Jeffery Lee, Chief Operating Officer, will
assume responsibility for the group's Seattle operations.
Todd Pakulski will move from FCL Regional Manager and take Jim McGrath's
previous position. Ank DeRoos will replace Todd as FCL manager.
Bruce Ericson, National Vice President of Sales, will oversee all
management of the sales team.
