· Fast access to major highways: Located within 1 km of highway A12 connecting directly to Netherlands and Rotterdam. Close access to Antwerp Ring Road with direct connections to other major highways serving European hinterland.

· On site fumigation facilities: Equipped with a fumigation zone. Compliant with the latest requirements of Antwerp Port Authorities (effective 01/05/2007) and environmental regulations (effective 01/07/2007).

· Security : Offices and warehouse will be equipped with access control system for personnel and visitors entering the buildings. Drivers will receive access tickets/badges to pass the barriers at entrance and exit. Fenced with gates meeting the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) norm.

· Camera surveillance: The warehouse is equipped with 24hrs camera surveillance and recording.

· IMDG warehouse for dangerous cargo handling. A wide range of hazardous cargo will be handled in a 2000 sqm dedicated area. This area will be equipped with a High Foam Expansion System and will meet all environmental and safety regulations.

· Racking: Storage will be partly in racks to allow proper segregation and warehousing. New computer system will take handle segregation and management of cargo in and out of racked areas.

· Operational efficiencies: Fast flow of containers will be regulated via automatic announcement system for drivers. The flow of trucks and containers will be monitored and regulated via a terminal management system that will continuously monitor the status of each position (loading dock, parking) on the site

· High value cargo: High value cargo requiring specific monitoring will be placed in a dedicated secured area.
